No complains at all, VERY GOOD stay for business trip. Central location, within a close distance from Ukraina Shopping Mall. Found in a perfectly safe area very close to parks and shopping and the eatery on Khortytsia Island.

The staff was very very helpful, top-class, and everything was perfectly fine. The location was magnificent, close to Festyval'na square. There were a shopping mall and a market around the hotel. Loved having cable TV and a mini-bar in the room.

The breakfast was exelant. The staff gave us the custle and baby bad emediatly after request.

Some public areas are very old style.

The hotel is good standard and beautiful with excellent staff at the reception desk. The room is reasonably large and newly remodelled with a magnificent view on a park...

The rooms here are clean, well-organized, and come with a minibar, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a view of the park.

Shower was poor. Towels were a little thin. Air conditioning had only one settign which was full on and rather noisy.

I liked the convienince of facilities, location and nice restraunts, clean room and security.

The breakfast here is excellent and has a wide variety of food to choose from, the rooms are modern and have all the necessary amenities, and the view of the park from the room is great.

i found the hotel staff to be very polite friendly and helpfull and in most cases could talk english quite well. my room had everything i expected and was satisfactory and was cleaned to a high standard everyday. i liked the location of the hotel. the breakfast buffet was adequate, overall i enjoyed my stay and will be using the hotel again on future visits.

i do think the prices are a little on the high side and the mini fridge bar prices was a little on the high side, i think i would have made more use of the mini fridge bar if the prices was lower

The breakfast must be improved!!! No much of selection Breakfast served till 10:00 but by 9:30 there is no refill of the food.

Very refreshing hotel in a part of the world I knew little about. It's all about the façade but still with good content. Excellent English- speaking reception staff. Room was clean, functional and fresh; everything worked. Easy parking, both for check in and secure parking overnight. Breakfast would fit in most European hotels, even if I don't need this much class myself. Everything just worked and most travellers used to Western European mid range hotels would feel right at home. It's not a cheap hotel in this part of the world, but I guess you get what you pay for,

I very much liked hotel. The "price-quality" parity is magnificent Very polite and friendly personnel. Pure rooms, the good location, worthy breakfast. The hotel matches for business-trips or family travel.

The hotel is well-equipped with working elevators, perfect wifi, reliable air conditioning, hot water, and outstanding breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice. The location is excellent, with a comfortable lobby and a cool environment where people from all over the world gather.

Cannot find any fault.

The staff was very nice and friendly, most spoke very good English, breakfast bar was very good. The hotle has great security staff and the hotel was in a very good location. I would stay again at this hotel if and when I come back to this city.

You need to get nicer beds for your rooms with larger mattresses.
